Overview
Document Intelligence is the first section of the SmartCustomer Dashboard. It reports on the documents written to Workday and the documents dismissed in a period. It also shows which fields users edit most.
The section has three cards:
Documents Written to SOR counts the documents written to Workday and rates how accurately the agent extracted them.
Documents Dismissed counts the documents taken out of processing, by reason.
Top 10 Fields with the Most Edits lists the fields that users changed most often.
Each card has a refresh icon and an export icon. The first two cards also have a chart view.

The section sits on the Dashboard tab, the first tab of the SmartCustomer console. See SmartCustomer Console. The customers with the most documents are in the next section. See Top Customers.
Period controls
The section title bar shows two periods, 1 Day and Current Month to Date. The period you select applies to all three cards. The selected period shows in dark text, and the other shows as a blue link.
Each card shows when it was last updated, under its title. The line starts with Last updated at: and sits in parentheses.
Documents Written to SOR
The Documents Written to SOR card counts the documents written to Workday in the period. It also rates how accurately the agent identified and extracted them. The table view lists one value per row under the month. The chart view draws the five percentage rows as bars.

Figure 3. The Documents Written to SOR card in chart view
The following table lists the rows in the order they appear.

| Documents Written Autonomously | The number of documents the agent wrote with no review. |
| Documents Written with No Edits | The number of documents written with no edit to their values. |
| Documents Classified as Payment | The number of documents classified as Remittance. The card calls them Payment. |
| Number of Zero Payment Records | The number of zero payment records. The row appears when the instance has Zero Payment Records selected. |
| % Correct in Identifying Payments | A percentage. The card explains it as (Count of Correctly Identified Payments Written to SOR/Total Count of Payments Written to SOR). |
| Overall Accuracy (%) | Field extraction accuracy across all processed documents, standard and extended fields together. |
| Standard Field Accuracy (%) | Accuracy for the standard fields of the payment record. |
| Header Accuracy (%) | Accuracy for the header fields. |

For the standard fields, the header fields and the line items, see Document Information. For zero payment records, see Zero payment records in Write to SoR.
Actions
The icons at the right of the card title have no labels. From left to right:
Refresh (a circular arrow) reloads the card. The Last updated at: line shows the new time.
Chart (a pie) switches the card to chart view. In chart view the icon becomes a list. Select it to return to the table.
Export (a box with an arrow) opens a menu. In table view it offers Export Data Set and Export as CSV. In chart view it offers Export Data Set and an Export as option for each of PNG, JPG, PDF and SVG. The steps for Export Data Set are in the last section of this article.
Documents Dismissed
The Documents Dismissed card counts the documents taken out of processing in the period. Its rows split them by who dismissed them and how the agent had classified them. The chart view draws the four reasons as bars.

Figure 5. The Documents Dismissed card in chart view
The following table lists the rows in the order they appear.
Table 2. Rows of the Documents Dismissed card
| Row | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Count of Dismissed Documents | The number of dismissed documents. It is the sum of the four rows below it. |
| Duplicates Identified by Auditoria and Automatically Dismissed | Documents the agent dismissed by itself as duplicates. A duplicate found when an email arrives creates no document, so this row does not count it. See Remittance Processing. |
| Documents Classified as Other by Auditoria and Dismissed by User | The number of documents the agent classified as Others that a user dismissed. |
| Documents Classified as Payment by Auditoria and Changed to Other by User | The number of documents the agent classified as payments that a user changed to Others. |
| Documents Classified as Payment by Auditoria and Dismissed by User | The number of documents the agent classified as payments that a user dismissed. |
On the document page, Not a Payment changes a remittance to Others, and Dismiss dismisses a document. Dismissed documents move to Dismissed Documents, which lists the reason and who dismissed each one. See Dismissed Documents Tab.
Actions
The card has the same three icons as Documents Written to SOR: Refresh, Chart and Export. The export menu offers the same options in each view.
Top 10 Fields with the Most Edits
The Top 10 Fields with the Most Edits card lists the fields that users edited most often in the period. The field with the highest Count of Edits comes first. When the card has nothing to list, it shows No Data To Display.
Figure 6. The Top 10 Fields with the Most Edits card
The following table lists its columns.
Table 3. Columns of the Top 10 Fields with the Most Edits card
