Who this is for. AR and cash-application staff who confirm what reached Workday. Only the SuperAdmin role can view this list. See Roles and Access.
Availability. The Documents tab appears when AR Remittances is enabled for your organization and turned on for the selected instance. You choose the instance in the ERP: picker. You can turn on AR Remittances only on an instance whose system of record (SoR) is Workday.
Overview
Written to SoR lists the documents whose payment records were written to Workday. Use it to confirm that a payment was written, and to see who wrote it. While Zero Payment Records is on, the list also holds zero payment records, which go to the second destination instead of Workday.
Written documents show the status Record updated. A document whose payment record did not sync back from Workday shows Failed to sync to sor after write instead. To open one, select the icon beside its File Type value. The document page shows the document's values and its history, through View Document History. It offers no action that changes the document.
The toolbar here has no Action menu, and the rows have no Action button. The other controls work as they do in Active Data. See Toolbar Actions.

Routes into this list
A document reaches this list after a successful write to Workday. The Written By value shows how the write started.
Table 1. How the write started
| How the write started | Written By shows |
|---|---|
| A user selected Write to SoR in the row Action menu, in the toolbar Action menu, or on the document page. | That user's name |
| The agent wrote the document without review. The instance uses Autonomous, or the customer is in autonomous mode under Configurable at Customer Level. | AI Agent |
The console offers no action that moves a written document back to Active Data.
Columns
The list shows the default columns of Active Data, described in Active Data Tab. It adds the Written By column, and Table 1 lists its values. It also adds an optional Zero Payment column. It has no row Action column. Edit Columns locks Written By, so you cannot hide it.
The list has no column for the date of the write. To see when a document was written, open it and select View Document History. A user's write shows as an entry with the Field Type Document and the Action Write to SoR. The entry carries the time of the write.
A write by the AI Agent shows instead as an AI Agent entry. The entry reads Autonomous Write to SoR started, with the Field Type Document. A failed attempt adds Autonomous Write Failed. When the AI Agent writes a zero payment record, no second entry follows.
The dates in the list and in the date filters follow the Date Format set for the instance. See Settings.
When Zero Payment Records is turned on for the instance, the list also shows a Zero Payment column. It reads Yes for a zero payment record and No for other documents. See Zero payment records in Write to SoR.
Checks after a write
Most questions about a past payment start in this list. The following table maps each question to where you find the answer.
Table 2. Questions and where to find the answer
| Question | Where to look |
|---|---|
| Was this payment written to Workday? | Filter Payment Number or Transaction Reference with contains, or filter Customer Name. A row with the status Failed to sync to sor after write was written. The payment is in Workday, but its record did not sync back to Auditoria. Do not write the document again. Check the payment in Workday, then contact Support. A row with Yes in Zero Payment is a zero payment record, which has no Workday payment. |
| Who wrote it? | The Written By column. |
| Which documents did the agent write? | Filter Written By to AI Agent. |
| Which values were written? | Open the document and read its payment record and line items. |
| Is the payment applied to invoices? | AR Remittances creates the payment in Workday without applying it to invoices. |
| Can a write change a payment that is already in Workday? | No. Each write creates a new payment. AR Remittances does not update an existing Workday payment. |
| Is the remittance file attached to the payment in Workday? | No. AR Remittances does not upload the original file to Workday. Workday does not accept file attachments on customer payments. |
| Did the payment also go to another destination? | The Documents tab does not show this. Administration > Audit Logs records each file upload on its System view, as SFTP CSV files Uploaded. See Write to Another Destination. |
If a document you expect is not in the list, see the causes in Active Data Tab.
