Toolbar Actions

Overview

The toolbar and table controls in the Documents page help you quickly find, export, customize, and review AR Remittances records. Unless noted otherwise, these actions are available in both the Active Data and Written to SoR sub‑tabs.


Download Records

To export the remittance records currently in view:

  1. Click the Download button in the toolbar.

  2. A CSV file is downloaded containing all records based on your current filters and column selections.

Use this option when you want a simple extract of the table as you see it on screen (for example, filtered to a specific customer, currency, or date range).

Refresh Table

To make sure you are working with the most up‑to‑date information:

  • Click the Refresh icon in the toolbar.

This reloads the table with the latest AR Remittances records and any recent changes (such as new remittance documents, updated statuses, or edited fields).


Filter or Search for Specific Records

Use the search bar and filter panel at the top of the table to narrow AR Remittances results by customer, confidence level, status, amount, date, and other properties.

  • Type in the search field to match keywords (for example, Customer Name, Payment Number, Attachment Name, or Transaction Reference).

  • Use the filter controls to apply structured filters (for example, date ranges, numeric amounts, or pick‑lists).

Sorting

Every column header in the Active Data table also functions as a sort control. Click the header of any field (for example, Customer Name, Payment Date, or Total Amount) to sort the table by that column’s values. Clicking toggles between ascending and descending order. You can use sorting alone or in combination with filters to quickly organize and review your remittance data by name, date, amount, or any available column.

Tip: Sorting helps you easily find the highest, lowest, earliest, latest, or alphabetically first/last records in your current view.


Customize Table Columns

You can control which columns appear in the AR Remittances Documents table so you can focus on the information that matters most.

To customize columns:

  1. Click the Edit Columns (column editor) icon above the table.

  2. In the dialog, select or clear the checkboxes for the columns you want to show or hide (for example, hide Entity or show Transaction Reference).

  3. Click Apply to update the table.

Notes:
Note 1: Some columns are mandatory for record identification and are locked; these cannot be removed.
Note 2: Other columns are optional and can be shown or hidden as needed.
Note 3: To revert to the default configuration, click Restore Default at the bottom of the dialog.

Export Activity Reports (AR Remittances)

You can export an AR Remittances activity report directly from the Documents toolbar in both the Active Data and Written to SoR sub-tabs. This activity report is useful for monitoring SmartBot automation and remittance processing over a selected period.

How to Export the ARR SmartBot Activity Report

  1. Click the Download button in the toolbar.
  2. In the pop-up dialog labeled ARR SmartBot Activity, enter your desired Start Date and End Date.
  3. Click Download to export the report as a CSV file.

About the ARR SmartBot Activity Report

The exported CSV report provides detailed information about AR Remittances SmartBot automation, such as:

  • How many remittance emails were processed, classified, and extracted
  • Timestamps and outcomes within the selected date range

Use this export for compliance, process review, automation performance monitoring, or audit tracking.

Tip: Choose the date range that matches your review goals (for example, last month for automation evaluation, or a quarter for audit support).
