Overview
Top Customers is the second section of the SmartCustomer Dashboard, below Document Intelligence. It lists the customers with the most documents, so you can see where the work and the volume come from.
The section has two cards:
Top 10 Customers with Documents in Active Data lists the customers whose documents still wait for review.
Top 10 Customers by Volume lists the customers with the most documents written to Workday, with the extraction accuracy for each.
Each card lists up to ten customers. Each card has a refresh icon and an export icon. Neither card has a chart view.
Figure 1. The Top Customers section with Current Month to Date selected
The section title bar shows two periods, 1 Day and Current Month to Date. The period you select applies to both cards. The selected period shows in dark text, and the other shows as a blue link. Each card shows when it was last updated, under its title.
Top 10 Customers with Documents in Active Data
The Top 10 Customers with Documents in Active Data card lists the customers whose documents wait in Active Data. Use it to see which customers hold the most work still to review.
Figure 2. The Top 10 Customers with Documents in Active Data card
The following table lists its columns.
Table 1. Columns of the Top 10 Customers with Documents in Active Data card
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Customer | The customer's name. Documents with no matched customer show under Unknown Customer. |
| Current Remittances | The number of the customer's documents in Active Data. |
| Currency | The currency of those documents. |
| Sum of Total Amount | The sum of their Total Amount values, in that currency. |
A customer with documents in more than one currency has one row for each currency. To work through these documents, see Active Data Tab.
Actions
Refresh (a circular arrow) reloads the card. The Last updated at: line shows the new time.
Export (a box with an arrow) opens the Export Data Set dialog. For the steps, see Export a data set in Document Intelligence.
Top 10 Customers by Volume
The Top 10 Customers by Volume card lists the customers with the most documents written to Workday in the period. It ranks customers by what was written, not by what they sent. Use it to see which customers drive the volume and how well the agent reads their documents.
Figure 3. The Top 10 Customers by Volume card
The following table lists its columns.
Table 2. Columns of the Top 10 Customers by Volume card
