Integration: Okta SSO for an Auditoria Tenant [6132]  

Okta Single Sign-On (SSO) for an Auditoria tenant is available to customers with an Okta-enabled domain. Customers who want to use Okta SSO for an Auditoria tenant should ask their Auditoria Customer Success Team for details. For more information on this process, see Okta SSO for an Auditoria Tenant.

 

SmartCollections:  Configure SmartBot Responses [7214]  

SmartCollections is enabled to allow self-service configuration of the Conversational AI that govern the responses of the Auditoria SmartBots. Your configuration of the Conversational AI triggers and responses can be adjusted to match your business flow. The configuration options available include the following:

    • Set up the detected trigger events SmartBots can respond to
    • Set up the supported responses SmartBots are authorized to perform

Workday Integration: Custom Report for extended fields [8952]  

The Workday Custom Report CR-Auditoria-Financial Customers with Roles has been added to provide additional customer details, such as roles person, role email ID, payment term, Dunning Exempt, and other details to meet reporting requirements.

 

Vendor Invoice Data Extraction:  Additional fields for extraction [8578]  

During the Vendor Invoice Data Extraction flow, the ticket number can extracted from the subject line of an email. The ticket number extracted can be viewed in the Data Management page.

Workday Integration: Vendor Invoice Data Extraction not activated for Workday ERP [8609]

Symptom: The Vendor Invoice Data Extraction SmartFlow is enabled for Workday ERP, but in a connected test instance does not appear as a valid option.

Impact: Customer cannot use Vendor Invoice Data Extraction SmartFlow for Workday.

Workaround: None.  

 

Coupa Integration: Vendor Invoice PDF not attached to invoice record [8639]

Symptom: During the Vendor Invoice Data Extraction SmartFlow for a Coupa tenant, the vendor invoice PDF is not attached to the invoice record. as expected.

Impact: Customer does not receive the vendor invoice PDF.

Workaround: None.
