Okta SSO for an Auditoria Tenant

To use the Okta Single Sign-On (SSO) signing option for an Auditoria tenant, you must have an Okta-enabled domain. Once the domain is verified, customers who want to use the Okta SSO option should request this access from the Auditoria Customer Success Team.

The Customer Success team will create an engineering ticket for Okta configuration. The Auditoria Engineering team provides the configuration setting details for the customer’s setup. After the configuration is successfully completed, the customer can use Okta SSO to sign in as an Auditoria tenant.

Steps for Using Okta SSO for an Auditoria Tenant

  1. Ensure that you have an Okta-enabled domain.
  2. Request the Okta SSO option from your Auditoria Customer Success Team.
  3. Auditoria’s Engineering Team provides the Okta configuration setting details.
  4. Complete the Okta configuration settings from the Engineering Team.
  5. Use Okta SSO to sign in.
