SOR Insights

Overview

The SOR Insights section provides comprehensive visibility into your vendor master data, focusing on vendor records, enrollment status, and contact data quality across all connected Systems of Record (SORs). Use this section to monitor SOR integration health, track enrollment progress, and identify potential data quality issues such as duplicate contacts.

SOR Insights displays segmented data for vendor records, enrollment status, and vendor contacts. You can use the date range selector to filter data by 1 Day, 7 Days, 30 Days, 365 Days, or a custom range.

  • Click any legend label (such as Enrolled or Unenrolled) to slice out that segment in the donut chart. This action does not hide, show, or highlight the segment; it simply moves the slice outward for emphasis.
