In the SmartCollections process, Auditoria SmartPay has been added to enable SmartCollections users to offer optional payment links in the dunning email notices. The payment links can be used by customers to pay the invoices. For more information on SmartPay, see SmartPay Overview.
Administration: New Roles added to Auditoria [6470+6465+6464]
New Roles have been created in Auditoria for users including SuperAdmin, Collections Manager, Collections Agent, Treasurer, Sales Manager, and Sales Agent. For details on these roles see Auditoria Roles and Permissions.
Sage Intacct: Additional permissions added to setup [7125]

Audit Logs: Connected systems added to log [7264]
Data on connected systems is added to the Audit Log, including timestamp, user name from the connection settings, and Status of the action.

Data mapping for Oracle NetSuite has been enhanced to accommodate customer teams for Collections, Sales, and CSM.
SmartCollections: DSO method enhanced [6720]
During the SmartCollections flow, the method of obtaining the metric DSO has been enhanced.
SmartCollections: Customer selection enhancements [7353]
During the SmartCollections flow, enhancements have been made to the process of selecting customers from the Customer List so that the number of customers selected is reflected in the Selected checkbox.
Vendor Invoice Data Extraction SmartFlow: Extraction enhancements [6974]
In the Vendor Invoice Data Extraction SmartFlow, extraction enhancements have been made to improve the extraction of Invoice Numbers from vendor invoices.
Blank notes in Customer Explorer cannot be saved [6434]
In the Customer Details section of Customer Explorer, when adding a note to an entry the Save button is disabled if the note has no text.
AP Helpdesk: Updated message when record not found [7576]
In AP Helpdesk when no matching records are found, the response email has been updated to clarify that a matching record cannot be found.
Confirmation Message added when line item deleted [7458]
When deleting a line item from Vendor Invoice Data Extraction and in the journal entry vendor record, a confirmation message will appear to verify the deletion.
Invoice Accruals renamed Advanced Accruals for Suppliers [7389]
In Auditoria, the Invoice Accrual SmartFlow has been renamed Advanced Accruals for Suppliers.
Invoice Accruals moved on SmartFlow page [7310]
Invoice Accruals (now renamed Advanced Accruals for Suppliers) has been moved in the SmartFlow page to the Autonomous Record to Report section.
SmartCollections: New reporting metrics [6390]
SmartCollections reporting now includes the following metrics: Outstanding Invoices, Average Days Past Due (DSO), Delinquent Customers, Aging Buckets, and Aging Trends.

Audit Logs: Status column not appearing in Audit Log [7630]
Symptom: In the Auditoria Audit Log, a Status column should appear for each recorded action, but that column is not appearing.
Impact: User cannot see the status of their recorded action.
Workaround: None.
AP Helpdesk: Multiple instances for same mailbox not starting [7598]
Symptom: Multiple instances of AP Helpdesk cannot be started from the same mailbox.
Impact: User cannot use more than one AP Helpdesk instance.
Workaround: None.
SmartCollections: Dunning notices not displaying as intended [7511]
Symptom: SmartCollections dunning notices formatted in the email template by a customer are not displaying as designed.
Impact: Customer dunning notices have format errors.
Workaround: None.
SmartCollections: Sort icon not appearing for report table columns [7564]
Symptom: In the SmartCollections flow, after a page is loaded the sort arrow icon is not appearing in table columns.
Impact: Customer cannot sort columns at intended.
Workaround: None.
