AP Invoices: UI should show all the file attachments
For AP Invoices, in the email view on the detailed Documents page, there is a new Attachments section. The new section will show Documents Created and Documents Not Created. The Documents creates will list any attachments that resulted in a document being created and a count of documents created (i.e. if there were two invoices in at attachment, the count would show as 2). Users can click the number and be linked to the Active Data View filtered for the Attachment name. Once documents are written to SoR, they will no longer show in the Active Data view. The Documents not created will list any attachment in the email that did not result in a document being created. Users can click into the attachment to view or download and decide if a document should be created. If a document should be created, users can click the “Create a Document” button and a blank vendor bill will be created associated with the attachment that a user can manually populate and write to the SoR.
