AP Invoices: Show the Attachment in Detailed Document View
Previews will now show for all document types in AP Invoices. Previously, previews only showed for files classified as Vendor Bills. This will apply to all new documents. Existing documents of “Other” type will not show a preview. To see the document, users can click on the file in the email view. For files that are extracted i.e. an invoice is created from the file when there are multiple pages in the file, users can toggle to see the full document. User can toggle back to just the extracted pages.
AP Helpdesk: Invoice Upload Support for Invoice-via-Link Invoice Submissions (for Workday Financial Management)
SmartVendor AP Helpdesk supports uploading invoice files to Tasks with Invoice Submission detected intent and transferring uploaded invoice files via email or API (Workday Financials Only).
This enhancement supports use cases wherein vendor invoice submission emails contain an invoice download link or link to invoice portal instead of invoice file attachments.
Task Assignees can click “Add Invoice” to upload invoice files to Tasks. On SAVE & REPROCESS, invoice duplicate check is invoked.
On DONE, added invoice files will be transferred via email or API per SmartBot Actions configuration.
- “Add Invoice” supports selecting and uploading PDF, JPG, JPEG, TIF, TIFF, GIF, PNG, BMP, WEBP, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, CSV, and TXT.
- “Add Invoice” supports selecting and uploading PNG, JPG, and JPEG files greater than 20KB.
- “Add Invoice” supports selecting & uploading up to 10 files.
- “Add Invoice” supports selecting & uploading files up to 50MB each.
- “Add Invoice” supports total uploaded file size limit up to 100MB (across all files).
- “Add Invoice” does not invoke document classification on uploaded files of any format (classification as invoice implied).
- On SAVE & REPROCESS, Invoice Submission duplicate checks are invoked for added files.
AR Remittances: Duplicate Payment Check
Incoming files for AR Remittances will go through a duplicate check in order to avoid processing the same file more than once. The duplicate check will be first on the file hash to check if the exact same file has already been processed. If this is unique, next the system will check against existing remittance files or payment records on the extracted Transaction Reference field. This check is done against all records for the normalized customer.

SmartCustomer AR Helpdesk dashboard update introduces a suite of new and improved charts and chart features in support of thematically grouped advanced AR Helpdesk metrics, the scope of which includes:
Most charts support drill down modals or navigation on click.
Most charts support direct download of chart image (png, jpg, pdf, svg)
All charts support CSV export of surfaced data.
Where applicable, metrics presented with count and percentage.
All metric data is available across all RBAC roles (with access to SmartCustomer) except for select data in Tasks & Utilization, which defaults to metrics scope for the individual user. Team Managers (designated via Team Management) can optionally filter by and view data for their respective Team or individual Team members. Super Admins and AR Helpdesk Managers can optionally filter by and view data for any Team and any AR Helpdesk user.

AP Helpdesk: Reprocessing state showing in 'In Progress' after uploading invoice and reprocessing. [18539]
Symptoms : Intermittently reprocessing state would show as ‘In Progress’ for a while even after successful reprocessing.
Impact : No impact.
Workaround : No workaround. After 4-5 mins of reprocessing, processing state will change to Done state.
