Several SmartFlow skills have had their names updated in the Auditoria platform. The SmartFlow skills pages have been updated to reflect the new names.

Resolved: Collections SmartFlow: Error in Dismiss Button in Prioritized Worklist card has been fixed. [4335]
Resolved: Vendor Onboarding SmartFlow: Extraction issue of Supplier/Name in attached invoices. [4393]
Resolved: Invoice Accrual SmartFlow: Generated Invoices not extracting correct currency and invoice amounts.. [4394]
Resolved: Vendor Onboarding SmartFlow: Vendor name extraction failure fixed. [4066]

3. New Known Bugs
Collections SmartFlow: Entity value not in Entity Selection pulldown menu when returning to Collections page. [4558]
Symptom: In the Collections page, after you select an Entity from the Entity Selection pulldown menu, continue the process, then return to the Collections page, the Entity selected does not appear in the Entity Selection pulldown menu.
Impact: Entity cannot be selected to continue the process.
Workaround: None.

Vendor Onboarding SmartFlow: Required default for editing a Vendor Onboarding SmartFlow is not available for selection. [4557]
Symptom: When editing a running Vendor Onboarding SmartFlow, the required default option to continue the process is not available in the pulldown menu.
Impact: Cannot edit the running SmartFlow.
Workaround: None.

Collections SmartFlow: Old Prioritized Worklist card still appears when switching to a new entity in the Collections page. [4547]
Symptom: In the Collections page, when switching from one entity to a new entity, the Prioritized Worklist card for the old entity still appears.
Impact: An invalid Prioritized Worklist card appears.
Workaround: None.

Collections SmartFlow: Entity information not appearing for SmartFlows in the SmartFlow Management pageNew. [4543]
Symptom: In the Collections page, after you select an Entity from the Entity Selection pulldown menu, continue the process, then return to the Collections page, the Entity selected does not appear in the Entity Selection pulldown menu.

Collections SmartFlow: Inconsistent number of enrolled customers displayed in the Collector SmartFlow page. [4536]
Symptom: In the Collections SmartFlow, the number of customers displayed on the Collections page does not equal the number displayed in Customer Explorer in the Collector page.
Impact: Incorrect customer amount displayed.
Workaround: None.

Collections SmartFlow: Invoice Number displayed in Customer Explorer page is the record ID. [4509]
Symptom: The number displayed in the Invoice No column in the Invoices section of the Collections page is not the Oracle NetSuite Invoice Number but instead the record ID
Impact: Wrong Invoice Numbers displayed.
Workaround: None.

Collections SmartFlow: New customer does not appear in the enrolled Customer List. [4508]
Symptom: A new customer who enrolls does not appear in the Customer Explorer customer list as they should.
Impact: Enrolled new customers not displayed in Customer Explorer.
Workaround: None.

Invoice Accrual SmartFlow: Issues when vendor replies to a botmail alias ID. [4595]
Symptom: Issues arise when a vendor replies to a botmail alias ID email address rather than replying directly to the actual botmail address.
Impact: Vendor cannot properly reply to an alias botmail address.
Workaround: Vendors should reply only to the actual email address, not the alias email address.

Vendor Onboarding SmartFlow: Wrong attachment sent in Approval email if vendor adds multiple attachments. [4493]
Symptom: When a vendor adds multiple attachments (logos, images, etc.) in their reply to an Approval email along with the expected invoice, only the first attachment is included.
Impact: Wrong attachment received in reply to Approval email.
Workaround: None.

Collections SmartFlow: Customer scheduled payment date not appearing in Collections page. [4457]
Symptom: When a Prioritized Worklist card reports customers with scheduled payment dates, for at least one customer no generated scheduled payment date is recorded in the Collections page.
Impact: Customer will not receive scheduled payment date notice.
Workaround: None.

Collections SmartFlow: Account statement does not contain currency information. [4519]
Symptom: In the generated Statement of Accounts, the Amount column seems to be showing base currency amounts.
Impact: Correct amounts are not displayed.
Workaround: None.

Symptom: In the SmartFlow Skills page, the Autonomous Order to Cash header displays three SmartFlow skills when only two skills are available.
