Set up Oracle NetSuite for Auditoria

To use Auditoria with your Oracle NetSuite ERP, the Oracle NetSuite Administrator should complete the following setup.

  1. Log in to Oracle NetSuite with an administrator account.
  2. View the Company Information and make a note of the Account ID. You will need this information to connect Oracle NetSuite to Auditoria.
  3. Select Setup > Company > Enable Features.
  4. Select the SuiteCloud tab.
  5. Enable the following features:
    • SuiteTalk (Web Services) > SOAP Web services
    • Manage Authentication > Token Based Authentication
  6. Create a new user and assign the A/P Clerk role (or the A/R Clerk role) and customize the role to include the following permissions:
    • Lists > Currency > Full
    • Lists > Subsidiaries > View
    • Lists > Customers > View
    • Lists > Vendors > Full
    • Lists > Resource > Create
    • Transactions > Customer Payment > View
    • Transactions > Vendor Payment Status > View
    • Transactions > Purchase Order > View
    • Transactions > Make Journal Entry > Full
    • Transactions > Invoice > View
    • Transactions > Bills >  Full
    • Transactions > Credit Memo > Full
    • Login Using Access Tokens
    • SOAP Web Services
  7. Select Setup > Integration > Manage Integration > New.
  8. Name the new integration Auditoria.
  9. Select the following options for the integration:
    • Token Based Authentication (TBA)
    • User Credentials
    • Ensure that the State is set to Enabled
  10. Make a note of the Consumer Key and the Consumer Secret. You will need this information to connect Oracle NetSuite to Auditoria.
  11. Select Setup > User/Role > Access Tokens > New.
  12. Select the following options for the new access token: 
    • Select the Auditoria integration you created in step 8.
    • Select the A/P Clerk role or the custom role you created in step 6.
    • Leave the default token name.
  13. Record and save the Token ID and the Token Secret. This information will be required later to connect Oracle NetSuite to Auditoria.
  14. Navigate to and select Setup > Company > Company Information > Company URLs
  15. Record and save the SUITETALK (SOAP AND REST WEB SERVICES). This information will be required later to connect Oracle NetSuite to Auditoria.
