Alerts are automatically sent when tenants lose their connection to a mailbox, ERP, or any other connected system.

Autonomous Collections SmartFlow: Dispute indicator at customer level has incorrect values [4347]
Symptom: Customer has two invoices in Dispute, but active dispute indicator at the customer level has only 1 listed.
Impact: Data listed in Active Dispute Indicator is incorrect.
Workaround: None.
Duplicate Customer Email IDs Display in Pop-Up Window Cards [4333]
Symptom: When one customer email is sent, two Email IDs are displayed in the Pop-Up window cards.
Impact: Pop-Up window should only display the one customer email sent.
Workaround: None.
Domo NetSuite Connection is Red and Displays Long Error. [4328]
Symptom: Domo NetSuite connection is broken and an error message is displayed.
Impact: Domo NetSuite cannot connect to Auditoria.
Workaround: See new instructions on permissions assigned when creating a user and assigning a customized role to the user.
Vendor W9 Data Refresh SmartFlow: Button disabled even if W-9 form not selected. [4289]
Symptom: Continue button on the Write Preferences page is disabled until there is no value in the folder ID field, even when the W-9 form upload check is not selected.
Impact: Cannot use the Continue button.
Workaround: Check the W-9 form upload option, enter any value in the folder ID, and uncheck the option if not needed.
Autonomous Collections SmartFlow: Email addresses and blank email are saved in Autonomous Collections template. [4340]
Symptom: When editing/saving a template in Autonomous Collections, invalid email addresses and a blank email are saved for an internal contact.
Impact: Invalid data is being saved to template.
Workaround: None
Autonomous Collections SmartFlow: Collector page has spinning green wheel. [4325]
Symptom: For a tenant with an ERP connected with no SmartFlow skills running, if you check the Autonomous Collector page customers should be displayed. If you delete the ERP, the Autonomous Collector page shows a spinning green wheel.
Impact: Customer data cannot be accessed.
Workaround: None
