You can select what will be written back to the ERP system. You can choose to update the vendor record and/or upload the W9 form to the System of Record (SoR). For bill.com, the W9 upload is not optional.
Autonomous Vendor Onboarding SmartFlow Skill: Only US vendors will be asked for W9 forms [4118]
When the bot receives approval to onboard a new vendor, the bot will not ask for a W9 form if the vendor's address on the invoice is outside the US. Instead, the bot will create the vendor record with information from invoice.

Autonomous Collections SmartFlow: Statements are not being sent. [4218]
Symptom: There is an issue with the syncing of Company records, which may prevent statements from being sent.
Impact: Statements may not get sent.
Workaround: None.
Autonomous Collections SmartFlow: Bounced email gets classified as unknown sender. [4162]
Symptom: In the Autonomous Collector page, under Prioritized Worklist, the priority card will display the unknown sender of the bounced email, such as “postmaster@outlook.com”.
Impact: This is a display issue only. There is no impact to the underlying business-critical data.
Workaround: None.
Autonomous Collections SmartFlow: Unable to run SmartFlow if large text block is pasted into the dunning template. [4266]
Symptom: When you click Run the systems hangs; the SmartFlow does not run.
Impact: The SmartFlow will not run and dunning notices will not be sent.
Workaround: Avoid pasting large blocks of text into the email template.
Autonomous Collections SmartFlow: Unable to navigate to previous screen. [4259]
Symptom: When editing an email template, the Previous button does not take you to the previous screen (you remain where you are in the wizard).
Impact: You will not be able to go back; you can only click Continue.
Workaround: If you need to access a previous screen, restart the wizard.
Autonomous Collections SmartFlow: Invalid option is allowed in the dropdown menu. [4226]
Symptom: In the Autonomous Collector page, under Customer Details, the Classification dropdown menu allows you to choose "Select Classification" as the account type.
Impact: The correct classification will not be selected, so any actions based on classification will not occur.
Workaround: Choose a valid classification option from the dropdown menu.
Autonomous Collections SmartFlow: Customer reply notes are not showing up for customers enrolled in the "Specific date of month" dunning notification. [4213]
Symptom: When a customer replies to a "Specific date of month" dunning notification, notes about customer replies are missing in the Autonomous Collector page, under Customer Details.
Impact: The user is not notified in the console about these events.
Workaround: Use a different dunning notification type until the issue is resolved. Check email in the mailbox shared with the bot to see if any replies have been missed.
Autonomous Collections SmartFlow: Priority cards (PO, Invoice, Scheduled Payment) are missing for customer replies to "Invoice Date" and "Specific date of month" dunning notifications. [4212]
Symptom: When a customer replies to a "Specific date of month" or "Invoice Date" dunning notification, priority cards about the customer replies do not display in the Autonomous Collector page, under Prioritized Worklist.
Impact: The user is not notified in the console about these events.
Workaround: Use a different dunning notification type until the issue is resolved. Check email in the mailbox shared with the bot to see if any replies have been missed.
Autonomous Collections SmartFlow: Dropdown jumps to the top of the page after date selection. [4246]
Symptom: When choosing the preferred offsets for "Specific date of month" dunning notification, the dropdown jumps to the top of the page after you select a date.
Impact: This is a display issue only. There is no impact to the underlying business-critical data.
Workaround: None.
Vendor W9 Data Refresh SmartFlow: Inconsistent behavior when clicking on the SmartFlow name. [4230]
Symptom: In the SmartFlow Management page, there may be discrepancies if you try to edit the running SmartFlow instance. If you click on the SmartFlow name, it opens in edit mode. If you click the Run button, then clicking on the title starts a new SmartFlow instance.
Impact: Verify whether you are editing an existing instance or creating a new one.
Workaround: None.
Autonomous Vendor Management: Details on Priority Cards disappears if there are no search results. [4134]
Symptom: In the Autonomous Vendor Management page, under Prioritized Worklist, details disappear from the priority card if you hover and then perform a search that results no results.
Impact: Details will no longer be displayed.
Workaround: You will need to manually refresh the browser. Click the reload button while pressing the Ctrl key on Windows (Shift key on Mac) to refresh your browser and clear your browser cache. There is no impact to the underlying business-critical data.
