AR Helpdesk: New SmartFlow added [8363]
The AR Helpdesk SmartFlow has been added to SmartCollections to enhance the AR process by gathering customer and invoice data and responding to customer requests. When activated, the AR Helpdesk SmartFlow connects to your ERP (or other systems of record), and collects information on customers, invoices, and payments. After gathering AR customer data, Auditoria listens for and responds to customer inquiries and requests.
AP Helpdesk: Email Pause feature added [9033]
During the AP Helpdesk SmartFlow, you can click the Pause icon in the AP Helpdesk window to delay the sending of email replies. Real time AP Helpdesk processing can continue during a pause, such as intent matching, labeling, and note and task generation. When the email reply pause is over, click Run Again to continue the AP Helpdesk SmartFlow.

Vendor Invoice Data Extraction: Due Date options added [8645]
During the Vendor Invoice Data Extraction flow, if no Due Date is included on an invoice, an automatically generated due date that can be edited can be provided. In order to activate this setting, when setting your SmartFlow Preferences, select the Extract first and auto generate if not available checkbox.

SmartGL: Manage Accrual Groups [7376]
During the SmartGL process, you can manage your accrual groups and view accrual details in the Accrual Groups section of the Data Management page. Accrual Groups data displayed includes the Name, Owner, Credit Account, and number of Vendors Assigned for each Accrual Group. You can also add new accrual groups and delete existing ones. For more information on accrual groups, see Manage Accrual Groups.

AP Helpdesk: Update enrollment checks for AP Helpdesk [9351]
Symptom: Testing for AP Helpdesk shows that incoming email processing may need some adjustments to assure mailbox compatibility and successful completion of enrollment checks.
Impact: Customer may have issues with AP Helpdesk enrollment checks.
Workaround: None.
