SmartCollections: New Prioritized Tasks [8612]
Auditoria SmartCollections task management now includes Prioritized Tasks to replace Prioritized Worklist cards. During the SmartCollections flow, Auditoria SmartBots create tasks when an assigned function cannot be completed. The new tasks are assigned to the appropriate person in the workflow and given a Low, Medium, or High Priority.
Workday Integration: AP Helpdesk included [6893]
AP Helpdesk is now included in Auditoria's Workday ERP integration. For more information on AP Helpdesk, see Accounts Payable Help SmartFlow.
Oracle NetSuite Integration: Search and view custom invoice fields [6236]
In an Oracle NetSuite integration, new customized fields for customer invoices can be searched for and viewed. The new customized fields include Load number, PO number, BOL number, and Shipment ID.
Vendor Invoice Data Extraction SmartFlow: New Prioritized Tasks Added [8542+8736]
During the Vendor Invoice Data Extraction flow, Auditoria SmartBots send a notification email when a new invoice is received from a known vendor not enrolled for Vendor Invoice Data Extraction. Another notification email is sent when an invoice already recorded is sent to the Vendor Invoice Data Extraction flow.
SmartGL: New Prioritized Task [8096]
During the Advanced Accrual for Suppliers flow, Auditoria SmartBots will acknowledge the response to an accrued expenses email by sending an email notification that the response was received and the process is moving forward.
SmartVendor: Scrollable vendor email responses [7314]
The full history of vendor email responses is viewable and can be scrolled in the Email Threads section of the Data Management page. The page has been redesigned to allow more space and ease of use.
