Assignee Hold keeps follow-up mail on a thread with the person already working it. It is one of the settings that does not change between autonomy models.
Nothing differs in Collaborative Mode
Assignee Hold appears on the AP Helpdesk rail under both Governed Autonomy and Collaborative Mode, in the same position, with the same control and the same two strategies. There is no Collaborative Mode variant to configure.
