Who this is for. Super Admins configuring an Agent Co-worker. No other role has access to the setup wizard. Managers still own the decisions these settings record, and are the people to ask when a setting is wrong. Requires the AP Helpdesk function enabled on the agent. See the Roles and Access.
Processing & Automation collects the settings that decide which senders raise tasks, whether attachments move without review, and how the agent presents dates and labels. The group is the fifth on the AP Helpdesk tab and appears under both autonomy models, but it does not carry the same settings in each. Under Governed Autonomy it holds two: Auto-Enroll New Vendor Records and Date Format. Collaborative Mode carries a larger set, documented in AP Helpdesk Processing and Automation in Collaborative Mode.

Auto-Enroll New Vendor Records
“When SOR sync results in new Vendor records, automatically enroll newly added Vendor records in AP Helpdesk for AI Agent processing of vendor contact emails.”
Without this, a vendor added in the ERP is invisible to the agent until someone enrolls them by hand. Their mail classifies as Unknown Sender and is answered with no supplier detail. That is why a newly onboarded vendor can go unrecognized while every older vendor is handled normally.
