Executive Summary
This release introduces a display update to the Account field in AP Invoices for Coupa tenants. The change adds short codes alongside account segment values so that users can identify and search accounts using the same short codes they use in Coupa.

1. New and Updated Features
AP Invoices: Account Segment Short Codes Displayed for Coupa Tenants
The Account field in AP Invoices now displays the short code for each account segment value alongside the segment name. This applies to Coupa tenants and to all account segments configured for the tenant. The change aligns the Auditoria account selection experience with the native Coupa "Choose an Account" dialog, where users identify and search accounts by short code.
Short codes are fetched from Coupa during the standard ERP sync and stored in Auditoria against their respective segment values. If a short code is updated in Coupa, the updated value is reflected in Auditoria after the next sync. This is a display-only change. The value written back to Coupa during the Write to System of Record (SOR) process is unchanged.
What's New
Short code fetching and storage: Auditoria retrieves short codes for all account segment values from Coupa during the standard ERP sync and stores them against the corresponding segment values.
Short code sync with Coupa: Updates made to short codes in Coupa are reflected in Auditoria after the next ERP sync.
Generic segment support: Short code handling applies to all account segments configured for the tenant, including Company, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and any other configured segments.
Edit modal display: When a user opens the Account field through the Edit (pencil) button, the segment selection modal displays each segment value in the format [Full Segment Name] ([Short Code]).
Edit modal search: Short codes are searchable in the segment selection modal. Typing a short code in the search field returns matching segment values.
Account dropdown display: When the Account field dropdown is shown directly on the document without opening the edit modal, the constructed account value displays segment names followed by the corresponding short codes joined with a hyphen, in the format [Segment 1]-[Segment 2]-[Segment N], [Short Code 1]-[Short Code 2]-[Short Code N].
Account dropdown search: The constructed account value in the dropdown is searchable by any segment's short code.
Write to SOR unchanged: The underlying value written back to Coupa is not modified by this change.
Note: A full resync of ACCOUNT and PO records is required for short codes to populate in Auditoria.
