Navigating to Mailbox

Mailbox Tab Overview

The Mailbox tab in SmartGL \ AP Accruals is the central workspace for managing all AP accrual–related email communications. From this page, AP users can review incoming vendor emails, search and filter messages, view message details and attachments, and manage accrual estimate conversations directly from a single screen.

How to Access the Mailbox

To access the Mailbox:

  1. Log in to your Auditoria account.
  2. In the left sidebar, click the SmartGL app icon.
  3. In the SmartGL \ AP Accruals header, click the Mailbox button (envelope icon) on the upper-right side.
  4. The Mailbox opens, showing:
    • The folder and label navigation on the left (Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Archived, and custom labels).
    • The message list in the center, displaying AP accrual–related emails.
