Entities Page Overview

The Entities page in SmartGL \ AP Accruals is the central location for viewing the legal entities, companies, or business units associated with AP Accruals transactions. This page provides a real-time list of all synced entity records, including each entity's ID, name, and transaction currency.

Entities are used to categorize bills, purchase orders, and journal activity by the organizational unit to which each transaction belongs.

Navigating to the Entities Page

To access the Entities page:

  1. In the left sidebar, select SmartGL (Auditoria).
  2. In the top navigation bar, click Entities.
  3. The page title displays "Entities," and the entity list loads immediately, showing all synced entity records by default (with no filters applied).
