Oracle ERP Settings

Overview

Use the Oracle ERP Settings form to connect Auditoria to your Oracle ERP Cloud (Oracle Fusion) instance. This connection lets Auditoria read and write business record data required for SmartFlow Skills. Oracle ERP is available under the ERP connection type on the System Settings page.


Before You Begin

Gather the following from your Oracle ERP administrator:

  • Oracle ERP Cloud Host URL
  • Service account Login ID and Password with appropriate role privileges
  • Business Unit to which the connection applies

Configure Oracle ERP Settings

  1. On the Add New Connection view, click the ERP icon, then click Oracle ERP. The ERP Settings form opens.
  2. Complete the fields described in Table 1.
  3. (Optional) Turn on Enforce Controlled Record Access.
  4. Click Save.

Enforce Controlled Record Access

Enable Controlled Record Access

  1. Click the Enforce Controlled Record Access toggle to turn it on.
  2. In the Enable Controlled Record Access confirmation dialog, review the message: Access to this ERP source will be restricted when controlled record access is enabled.
  3. Click Continue to confirm.
  4. Click Save to apply the setting.

Disable Controlled Record Access

  1. Click the Enforce Controlled Record Access toggle to turn it off.
  2. In the Disable Controlled Record Access confirmation dialog, review the message: Access to this ERP source will be unrestricted when controlled record access is not enabled.
  3. Click Continue to confirm.
  4. Click Save to apply the setting.

Important: Controlled record access cannot be enabled after the ERP connection is configured with SmartFlow Skills.
