SmartFlow Skills Management for Smart Research

Overview

SmartFlow Skills Management enables you to view, create, and manage automation workflows (SmartFlows) for various business processes, including Smart Research. This centralized console allows you to monitor the status of SmartFlow Skills, manage running instances, and perform operational actions such as starting, stopping, or editing SmartFlows.


How to Access SmartFlow Skills Management

  1. Log in to the Auditoria Console: Go to http://app.auditoria.ai and sign in with your authorized credentials.
  2. Navigate to Skills: In the left-hand navigation menu, select the Skills icon (four squares).
  3. Search or Browse for SmartFlow Skills: Use the search bar labeled “Search for SmartFlow Skills” or expand categories such as Autonomous Planning and Analysis to locate the desired SmartFlow Skill.
  4. Open the Smart Research Skill: Click on Smart Research in the list of SmartFlow Skills. This opens a detail view displaying all running instances for Smart Research.

Understanding the Running Instances Table

The Running Instances table provides a real-time overview of all active Smart Research SmartFlow automations. Each row in the table represents a single running instance.

Field Description
Instance Name The unique identifier or name for the Smart Research instance (e.g., "Example - SR").
Status Indicates if the instance is currently running.
Actions Available actions for each instance: Edit (pencil icon): Update the configuration. Stop/Delete (red circle with minus): Stop and remove the instance.

Actions Available

  • Edit: Click the pencil icon to open and update the configuration for the selected Smart Research instance.
  • Run Again: Use the Run Again button within the Smart Research detail view to create a new instance of the selected SmartFlow.
  • Stop: Click to stop the running instance. When you click the Stop button, a warning dialog appears to confirm your action.

Warning Message: You are about to stop the SmartFlow Skill. All your prior configuration of this Skill will be removed, all history of communication and actions done by the bots will be removed, and the automation will stop. If you choose to proceed please press Continue, otherwise please press Cancel.

Dialog Details:

  • A warning icon (orange triangle with an exclamation mark) is displayed.
  • Two action buttons are available:
    • Cancel: Dismisses the dialog without stopping the instance.
    • Continue: Confirms the action and stops the SmartFlow instance, permanently removing all configuration and communication history for that instance.

Important: Use this action with caution. Stopping an instance is permanent and cannot be undone. All prior configuration and history for that SmartFlow instance will be deleted.
