Overivew
Use the AR Mapping page in SmartCustomer to view, create, and manage AR Remittance Mapping configurations for customers.
Before you begin
Make sure you are signed in to SmartCustomer and have selected the appropriate:
- ERP
- Entity
- Mailbox
These selections determine the working context for your AR Mapping activity.
Navigate to the AR Mapping page
To open the AR Mapping page:
In the left sidebar, select SmartCustomer.
- In the top horizontal navigation bar, click AR Mapping
You are taken to the AR Mapping page.

What you see on the AR Mapping page
The AR Mapping page displays a list of existing mappings and tools to create or manage them.
Mapping list
The main grid shows existing mappings with details such as:
- Mapping Name
- Customer Name
- Status
Create a new mapping
In the upper-right area of the page, use the Create a new mapping dropdown to select a customer and begin creating a new mapping.
Filter Mappings
Use the Filter Mappings search box to find an existing mapping more quickly.
Available actions
Depending on whether mappings already exist, you may see actions such as:
- Edit
- Delete
If No Mappings Exist
If no mappings have been created yet, the page displays an empty state such as:
- No AR Mappings Available
You can still create a new mapping by selecting a customer from the Create a new mapping dropdown.
Create a new mapping from this page
To start a new mapping:
- Open the Create a new mapping dropdown
- Select the customer
- The system opens the Personalize Mapping page for that customer
From there, you can upload a sample remittance file and configure the mapping.
