Understanding Credit Memo List Fields

Overview

The Credit Memos table in SmartCustomer (AR Collections) lists all customer credit memos synchronized from your ERP. Each row represents a single credit memo, and the columns show key details to help you understand how much has been applied to invoices and what remains unapplied.
