Overview
The Mailbox in SmartCustomer is the central workspace for managing all AR collections–related email communications. From this page, collections users can review incoming customer emails, search and filter messages, view message details and attachments, and take collections actions directly from collections‑related messages.
How to Access the Mailbox
Log in to your Auditoria account.
In the left sidebar, click the SmartCustomer app icon.
In the SmartCustomer header, click the Mailbox button (envelope icon) on the upper‑right side.
The Mailbox opens, showing:
The folder and label navigation on the left (Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Archived, and any custom labels).
The message list in the center displaying AR collections–related customer emails, including past‑due notices, promise‑to‑pay responses, dispute notifications, and general collections correspondence.
