Overview
The Credit Memos page in AR Collections is the central location for viewing and managing all customer credit memo records synced from your ERP. It provides a real‑time list of credit memos to support adjustments, write‑offs, and application of credits against open invoices within your collections workflows.
From this page, collectors can quickly review available credits, understand how they impact open balances, and take appropriate actions as part of their day‑to‑day collections activities.
How to Access the Credit Memos Page
To access the Credit Memos page in AR Collections:
In the left sidebar, click the AR Collections icon.
In the top navigation bar, click SmartCustomer app icon.
The page title area will display Credit Memos, and the credit memo list will load, showing all synced credit memo records by default.
