Overview
The Payments page in AR Collections is the central location for viewing and managing all AR payment records synced from your system of record. It provides a real‑time list of payments, including applied and unapplied amounts, to support cash application, reconciliation, and collections workflows within AR Collections.
How to Access the Payments Page
To access the Payments page in AR Collections:
In the left sidebar, click the SmartCustomer app icon.
In the top navigation bar, click Payments tab.
The page title area will display Payments, and the payments list will load, showing all synced payment records relevant to AR Collections by default.
