Navigating to Invoice page

Overview

The Invoice page in SmartCustomer is the central place for viewing and managing customer invoices. From this page, you can review invoice details, search and filter invoices, and access key information needed for customer inquiries and collections activities.

How to Access the AR Collections Page

To access the Invoice page:

  1. In the left sidebar, click the SmartCustomer app icon.

  2. In the top navigation bar, click Invoices.

  3. The page title area will display Invoices, and the invoice list will load, showing all available invoices based on your default view and filters.
