Navigating to Customers

Overview

Use the AR Collections view in SmartCustomer to see customer‑level collections details, including open AR, past‑due balances, classifications, and dunning activity.

You can open the AR Collections view from anywhere in the application using the SmartCustomer navigation.


Open the AR Collections View

To navigate to AR Collections:

  1. In the left sidebar, click SmartCustomer.

  2. In the horizontal navigation bar, click Customers.

  3. On the Customers page, select the AR Collections view (or filter) to see customers in scope for AR Collections automation.

The AR Collections view opens and displays customers with their collections‑related metrics and settings for the selected ERP and mailbox.

What You Can Do from AR Collections

From the AR Collections view, you can:

  • Review open AR, past‑due balances, and classifications for each customer.

  • Confirm which customers are enrolled in AR Collections automation.

  • Open a customer record to see detailed AR documents, disputes, and communication history.

  • Navigate to other AR pages, such as Invoices, Payments, Credit Memos, Disputes, or Internal Documents, for more detailed review and action.
