Overview
You can access the AR Collections Dashboard from anywhere in the application to monitor collections activity, review AR Collections automation performance, and understand how dunning emails are being processed.
To open the Dashboard at any time:
In the left sidebar, select SmartCustomer.
In the horizontal navigation bar, click Dashboard.
The Dashboard opens and displays real‑time AR Collections metrics and activity summaries for the selected ERP and mailbox.

Dashboard Overview
When you open the Dashboard, it loads on the AR Collections Activity Summary. Across the top of this view:
The ERP dropdown shows which ERP tenant’s AR Collections activity you are viewing (for example, WORKDAY).
The Mailbox dropdown shows the connected AR Collections mailbox.
A date‑range selector (1 Day, 7 Days, 30 Days, 365 Days) lets you limit the metrics to a specific time window.
Within the AR Collections Activity Summary, the main section is:

Below the AR Collections summary, there is a separate section:
Prioritized Tasks
This view is a high‑level summary; it does not provide drill‑down links from the tiles.
For reference, the AR Collections Dashboard contains these primary sections:

Common Actions
Change ERP or mailbox context
Use the ERP and Mailbox dropdowns at the top of the Dashboard to scope all AR Collections metrics to a specific tenant and mailbox.Adjust the date range
Click 1 Day, 7 Days, 30 Days, or 365 Days to filter AR Collections activity to the selected period.Change Entity
In Accounts Under Management, use the Entity dropdown to switch between legal entities or business units and see their specific Open ARs, Amount Collected for the period, New Disputes Detected, Invoices Delivered over Email, and Notes Added.Navigate to other AR views
From the horizontal navigation, click Tasks, Customers, Invoices, Payments, Credit Memos, or Disputes to move from the Dashboard into detailed AR pages for customer‑ and document‑level review and management.
