The Credit Memos tab in AR Remittances (SmartCustomer) lists all credit memos for the selected entity and customer set. Each row represents one credit memo; the columns provide the key information needed for application and follow‑up.

| Field | Description |

| Credit Memo ID | The unique identifier of the credit memo as defined in your ERP or system of record. Click the Credit Memo ID to open the Credit Memo Details page. |
| Customer Name | The name of the customer associated with the credit memo. Click the Customer Name to open the Customer Details page. |
| Entity | The legal entity, company, or business unit that owns the credit memo (for example, a specific subsidiary or division). |
| Type | The type or source classification of the credit memo (for example, Internal, Credit Memo). |
| Status | The current lifecycle status of the credit memo, such as Unapplied, Partially Applied, Applied, or Draft. |
| Amount | The original total amount of the credit memo at the time it was issued, displayed in the selected Currency (Base or Foreign). |
| Amount Applied | The total amount from this credit memo that has already been applied to invoices or other documents. |
| Amount Unapplied | The remaining unapplied balance on the credit memo after all applications. When this is 0.00, the credit memo is fully applied. |
| Credit Memo Date | The date on which the credit memo was issued. This date is used for aging and reporting. |
Currency Toggle: In the upper‑right corner of the Invoices page, you can switch between Base and Foreign currency views. This affects how monetary fields (such as Amount, Amount Applied, and Amount Unapplied) are displayed.
