Mailbox Tab Overview

The Mailbox tab in SmartVendor AP Helpdesk is the central workspace for managing all AP Helpdesk–related email communications. From this page, AP users can review incoming supplier and internal emails, search and filter messages, view message details and attachments, and take action on Helpdesk requests (such as inquiries about invoices, payments, statements, and vendor setup).


How to Access the Mailbox

  1. Log in to your Auditoria account.

  2. In the left sidebar, click the SmartVendor app icon.

  3. In the SmartVendor header, make sure you are in the AP Helpdesk experience.

  4. Click the Mailbox button (envelope icon) on the upper‑right side.

  5. The Mailbox opens, showing:

    • The folder and label navigation on the left (for example, Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Archived, and any custom labels configured for AP Helpdesk).

    • The message list in the center, displaying AP Helpdesk–related emails (such as vendor inquiries, payment status requests, and internal AP questions).
