Mailbox Tab Overview – AR Remittances

Overview

The Mailbox in SmartCustomer is the central workspace for managing all AR remittance–related email communications. From this page, AR users can review incoming customer emails, search and filter messages, view message details and attachments, and create or update AR Remittances records directly from remittance‑related attachments.


How to Access the Mailbox

  1. Log in to your Auditoria account.

  2. In the left sidebar, click the SmartCustomer app icon.

  3. In the SmartCustomer header, click the Mailbox button (envelope icon) on the upper‑right side.

  4. The Mailbox opens, showing:

    • The folder and label navigation on the left (Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Archived, and any custom labels).

    • The message list in the center displays AR‑related customer emails, including remittance advice and payment notifications.
