Overview
The Internal Documents page in SmartCustomer is the central location for storing and managing internal reference documents for your AR workflows (e.g., playbooks, policies, templates, and SOPs). These documents are not sent to customers, but are available to your internal users for guidance and reference.
How to Access the Internal Documents Page
To access the Internal Documents page:
In the left sidebar, click the SmartCustomer app icon.
In the top navigation bar, click Internal Documents.
The page title area will display Internal Documents, and the Internal Documents table will load.
If there are no documents yet, the message “No Internal Documents Available” is displayed.
