Overview
The Disputes page in SmartCustomer is the central location for viewing and managing all customer invoice disputes. It provides a real‑time list of disputed invoices to support follow‑up, resolution tracking, and coordination between AR, collections, and customer teams.
How to Access the Disputes Page
To access the Disputes page:
In the left sidebar, click the SmartCustomer icon.
In the top navigation bar, click Disputes.
The page title area will display Disputes, and the disputes list will load, showing all disputed items (or No Data To Display if there are none) by default.
