Overview
The Payments page in SmartCustomer is the central location for viewing and managing all AR payment records synced from your ERP. It provides a real‑time list of payments, including applied and unapplied amounts, to support cash application, reconciliation, and collections workflows.
How to Access the Payments Page
To access the Payments page:
In the left sidebar, click the SmartCustomer app icon.
In the top navigation bar, click Payments.
The page title area will display Payments, and the payments list will load, showing all synced payment records by default.
