Navigating to Invoices page

The Invoices page in SmartCustomer is the central location for viewing and managing all AR invoice records synced from your ERP. It provides a real‑time list of invoices to support collections, dispute handling, and remittance review.

How to Access the Invoices Page

To access the Invoices page:

  1. In the left sidebar, click the SmartCustomer app icon.

  2. In the top navigation bar, click Invoices.

  3. The page title area will display Invoices, and the invoice list will load, showing all synced invoices by default.
