Understanding Customer List

Overview

The Customers table in SmartCustomer (Auditoria) is the central workspace for viewing and managing customer records within AR Remittances. Each row represents a customer, with columns displaying key details that support:

  • Customer identification and enrollment

  • AR balances and aging

  • Cash‑application review and follow‑up

The default view is typically sorted alphabetically by Customer Name, but you can sort any visible column and apply filters as needed.

Customer List Filters

At the top of the Customers table, use the filter buttons to segment the list (where available):

  • All
Shows all customers visible to AR Remittances.

  • Enrolled
Shows only customers enrolled in AR Remittances. For these customers, SmartCustomer automation processes incoming remittances, creates document records, and enables downstream workflows such as Write to SoR.

  • Unenrolled
Shows customers not currently enrolled in AR Remittances. Remittances for these customers may still appear, but ARR automation is limited and additional manual handling is usually required.

Click Clear All Filters (if shown) to reset the view back to all customers.

The columns below are the standard fields available in the Customers list for AR Remittances.
