Navigating to Customers Page

Overview

The Customers tab in SmartCustomer (Auditoria) is the central location for managing all customer records within AR Remittances. This page provides a comprehensive, real‑time list of all synced customer records, serving as the operational hub for customer identity, entity association, enrollment status, and access to related AR records.


How to Access the Customers Page

To access the Customers tab:

  1. In the left sidebar, select SmartCustomer (Auditoria).

  2. In the top navigation bar, click Customers.

  3. The page title will display “Customers”, and the customer list will load immediately, showing all synced customer records by default (with no filters applied).
