Dashboard Overview
When you open the Dashboard, it loads on the AR Remittances SmartBot Activity Summary. Across the top of this view:
The ERP dropdown lets you choose which ERP tenant’s AR Remittances activity you want to see.
The Mailbox dropdown lets you select the connected AR remittances mailbox.
A date‑range selector (for example, 1 Day, 7 Days, 30 Days, 365 Days) lets you limit the metrics to a specific time window.
Within the AR Remittances SmartBot Activity Summary, the main section contains two sub‑sections:
Accounts Under Management
Notices and Responses
This section is a high‑level summary only; it does not provide drill‑down links from the tiles or charts.
For reference, the AR Remittances Dashboard contains these primary sections:
| Section | Description |
|---|---|
| AR Remittances SmartBot Activity Summary | Top‑level view of AR remittance activity for the selected ERP and mailbox. |
| Accounts Under Management | Summary of customer accounts currently in scope for AR Remittances automation. |
