Navigating to SmartFlow Skills Management

Overview

SmartFlow Skills Management enables you to view, create, and manage automation workflows (SmartFlows) that drive AP and AR processes, including AR Remittances. From this page, you can configure skills, monitor their status, and start or stop individual SmartFlow skills.

How to Access SmartFlow Skills Management

  1. Log in to the Auditoria console
    Go to http://app.auditoria.ai and sign in with your authorized credentials.

  2. Navigate to SmartFlow Skills Management
    In the left‑hand side menu, select SmartFlow Skills Management.

  3. Open the SmartCustomer tab
    Click on the SmartCustomer tab. A dialog box will open, displaying a table of running SmartFlow instances for SmartCustomer, including AR Remittances (when configured).

From this table, you can view the status of each SmartFlow skill, start or stop a skill, and open the configuration wizard to edit its settings.
