Navigating to SmartFlow Skills Management

Overview

AR Helpdesk in SmartCustomer enables you to automate and manage AR email inquiries, using SmartBots to process customer emails, create review tasks, and surface related AR records such as customers, invoices, and payments.


How to Access AR Helpdesk in SmartCustomer

  1. Log in to the Auditoria console:
    Go to https://app.auditoria.ai and sign in with your authorized credentials.

  2. Navigate to SmartCustomer:
    In the left-hand side menu, select SmartCustomer. The SmartCustomer console opens.

  3. Open the AR Helpdesk workspace:
    In the SmartCustomer console navigation, click the AR Helpdesk tab.
    The AR Helpdesk console opens, displaying AR Helpdesk dashboards, mailbox views, tasks, and related AR records.
