Overview
SmartCustomer is Auditoria’s central console for automating and managing accounts receivable (AR) email workflows.
When AR Helpdesk is enabled, SmartCustomer serves as the unified console where AR teams can monitor, process, and report on all AR Helpdesk activities, including email automation, document requests, and review tasks tied to customers, invoices, and payments.
Key Functions for AR Helpdesk
Unified Console:
SmartCustomer provides a single interface for AR Helpdesk users to view and manage inbound AR emails, SmartBot processing outcomes, review tasks, and related AR records (customers, invoices, payments).Customer Communication Automation:
Automates responses to customer AR inquiries such as invoice copy requests, balance or statement requests, and payment status questions, using data synced from your AR system of record.Intent Detection and Data Extraction:
Uses SmartBots to detect the intent of each email (for example, “invoice copy request” or “payment status”), extract key details such as invoice numbers or customer identifiers, and match them to synced AR records.Review Tasks and Work Management:
Creates review tasks when an email cannot be fully resolved automatically or requires human approval. Tasks can be assigned to users or teams, worked from the SmartCustomer console, and tracked through completion.Known Contacts and Sender Intelligence:
Identifies Known Contacts based on email addresses associated with customer and invoice contacts in the system of record, and augments this with sender-type features (such as system senders and domain-based matching) to control the scope of automation.Advanced Dashboards and Metrics:
Provides AR Helpdesk dashboards with metrics for mailbox activity, SmartBot processing, system-of-record insights, and task utilization. Users can filter, drill into details, and export data for analysis.Integration with AR Systems of Record:
Syncs customers, invoices, and payments from supported AR platforms so AR Helpdesk can use up-to-date data to answer questions and attach documents (such as invoices or statements) to replies.
