Navigating to Audit Logs

Overview

The Audit Logs page in the Auditoria Administration section provides a centralized record of activity across your tenant. Use audit logs to review who did what, when actions occurred, and the context behind each event — essential for compliance, troubleshooting, and operational oversight.

The Audit Logs page is organized into two tabs:

  • System — Tenant-level activity performed by users and the Auditoria system, such as logins, user role changes, SmartFlow state transitions, mailbox configuration, source management, record synchronization, and administrative updates.
  • Email — Email-specific activity scoped to a selected SmartFlow, including emails sent by the AI agent, user emails, replies, and related events.

How to Access

  1. Log in to the Auditoria platform.
  2. On the left navigation sidebar, click the Administration (gear) icon. The Administration menu opens.
  3. From the menu, click Audit Logs. The Administration \ Audit Logs page opens to the System tab by default.
  4. To switch views, click the System or Email tab at the top of the page.
