Navigating to Bills Page

Purpose

The Bills Module in SmartVendor helps you view, search, and manage all your organization’s bills (Invoices) in a single place. You can quickly find bills, check payment status, update details, filter and export records, and organize bills for audits or reporting. This module enables your team to track outstanding payables, manage cash flow, and collaborate efficiently.

Using the Bills Module:

  • Improves visibility into outstanding liabilities.
  • Streamlines processing and management of bills and invoices.
  • Enables teams to collaborate on tracking, approvals, and audits using up-to-date data.

Navigating to the Bills Module

To access the Bills Module:

  1. In the navigation sidebar (left), choose SmartVendor.
  2. In the horizontal navigation bar at the top, click the Bills tab.
  3. The Bills List will display all available Vendor Bills/Invoices.
