Overview
The Journal Entries tab in Auditoria SmartGL is where all accounting records documenting the financial impact of accruals and related transactions are consolidated, reviewed, and actioned as part of the AP Accruals process.
Journal Entries are formal accounting records created during the AP Accruals process to reflect the financial impact of accrual estimates, supplier replies, and accrual adjustments. In Auditoria, these entries are generated, reviewed, and written to your ERP's general ledger (SoR) to ensure completeness and integrity of monthly financials.
How to Access the Journal Entries Tab
To open the Journal Entries tab:
- In the left sidebar, select SmartGL.
