Overview
The Activity Summary Over Time panel provides a longitudinal view of accruals-related process trends, enabling users to monitor changes in accrual activity and engagement over multiple periods. This visualization helps identify volume spikes, participation trends, and process anomalies over time.
Users can toggle between 'All Time' and 'Year to Date' to scope the data presented. The line graph tracks the aggregate count for each metric by month.

| POs | Number of open purchase orders included in AP accruals, tracked per period. |
| PRs | Number of open purchase requisitions involved in AP accruals each period. |
| Suppliers | Count of unique suppliers under accrual management for the period. |
| Suppliers who did reply | Number of suppliers who responded to at least one accrual outreach in each period. |
Using the Panel
- Date Range Selection: Use the 'All Time' and 'Year to Date' links to filter the visualization for the desired period.
- Hover for Detail: Place your cursor over any data point on the graph to display the specific count for that series, month, and metric.
- Trend Insights:
- Use trendlines to spot seasonality, peak processing months, or unexpected drops/spikes in volume or engagement.
- Compare supplier participation against PO/PR volume to evaluate outreach efficacy and workload distribution.
