You can access the AP Accruals Dashboard from anywhere within the Auditoria application to review accrual activity, monitor supplier engagement, analyze trends, and manage accrual records for financial close.
To open the AP Accruals Dashboard at any time:
- In the left sidebar, select SmartGL.
- In the horizontal navigation bar, click Dashboard.
The Dashboard displays real-time metrics, interactive summaries, and detailed accrual records for your review.

Dashboard Overview
When you open the dashboard, it loads the Month End Activity Summary and other accrual KPIs by default. The dashboard includes data selectors (for the current or previous month), charts for process performance, and interactive tables for record-level insight and export.
For reference, the dashboard contains these primary sections:

| Activity Summary Over Time | Month-by-month analysis of PO, PR, supplier volume, and response trends. |
| Accruals Details Table | Detailed list of each PO/PR line, accrual group, supplier, communication status, and amounts. |
Month End Activity Summary
- Suppliers Under Management: Shows open POs and PRs, enrolled suppliers, and response rates.
- Accrual Estimate Request Pie Chart: Status of all outstanding, replied, estimated, or expired vendor outreach.
- Journal Entries Pie Chart: Status breakdown of accrual processing (e.g., ready for manager review, requires human attention).
Activity Summary Over Time
- The interactive chart displays trends for POs, PRs, suppliers, and supplier responses per period.
- Time selectors (e.g., month, year-to-date) allow historical process review.
Accruals Details Table
- Full line-by-line data for each accrual entry.
- Columns include Line Number, Identifier, Accrual Group, Supplier, Reach Out Status, Bot Estimated Accrual, and Confirmed Accrual.
- Export and group by line, supplier, or group as needed.
