Purpose
AP Accruals Skills Management enables you to view, manage, and configure automation workflows (SmartFlows) supporting your Accounts Payable accrual processes in Auditoria. You can monitor running instances, update configurations, and control automated accrual actions as required.
How to Access AP Accruals Skills Management

Log in to the Auditoria Console:
- Go to http://app.auditoria.ai and sign in with your authorized credentials.

Navigate to SmartFlow Management:
- In the left-hand side menu, select SmartFlow Management.

Open the AP Accruals Tab:
- Click on the AP Accruals tab. A dialog box will display a table of running AP Accruals SmartFlow instances. (see Figure 1)

Understanding the Running Instances Table
The Running Instances table in AP Accruals displays real-time information about all active SmartFlow automation instances related to Accounts Payable accruals. This table allows you to monitor operational status and manage each running SmartFlow efficiently.
Table 1. Running Instances Fields

| ERP | The ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) connection associated with this AP Accruals instance. |
| Entity Name | The name of the entity or business unit the instance is tied to. |
| Status | Current operational status of the instance. A green dot with "Running" indicates the SmartFlow is active. |

Actions Available
- Edit: Click to open and update configuration settings of the selected SmartFlow instance.
- Run Again: Use the Run Again button below the table to create a new instance of the selected SmartFlow.
- Stop: Click Stop to terminate the running instance. A warning dialog confirms your action before execution.
Warning Message
When you stop an instance, the following message is displayed:
You are about to stop the SmartFlow Skill. All your prior configuration of this Skill will be removed, all history of communication and actions done by the bots will be removed, and the automation will stop. If you choose to proceed please press Continue, otherwise please press Cancel.
Dialog Details:
- A warning icon (orange triangle with an exclamation mark) appears.
- Two actions:
- Cancel: Dismisses the dialog without stopping the instance.
- Continue: Confirms the stop action, deleting configuration and history for that instance.
Important: Use this action with caution. Stopping an instance is permanent and cannot be undone. All prior configuration and history for that SmartFlow instance will be deleted.
